Summer Ruth Lake Country Club Wedding

Bella and Eddie’s summer Ruth Lake Country Club wedding was one of those days that reminds me exactly why I love what I do! These two are some of the sweetest, most genuine people. Their love for each other just shines through in every photo!

Ruth Lake Country Club has always been a beautiful venue, but after their recent renovation, the space is even more stunning. The updated clubhouse and covered patio are perfect for celebrating in style, and their team is so kind and welcoming. Every detail of the day ran seamlessly, thanks to their incredible staff!

The morning of the wedding started with nonstop rain. It wasn’t just a sprinkle… It was a downpour. I even stopped by the club before heading to Bella’s parents’ home. The Ruth Lake team was hard at work, catching buckets of rainwater from the patio roof. But just in time for Bella and Eddie’s first look, the skies cleared and the sun began to peek through! By the time of their ceremony overlooking the golf course, the weather had completely turned around. So grateful for that! 

It felt like the perfect setting for them, two people who love to golf together and chose a place that means something special. Their ceremony view stretched across the rolling green course, framed by bright summer blooms that tied everything together beautifully.

The florals were absolutely stunning! The color palette was fresh and full of texture, everything you’d hope for in a summer wedding design. And as if the day hadn’t already been beautiful enough, we were given the most incredible sunset for their evening portraits. The glowing light, the joy, the laughter… It all came together in those images that so perfectly capture who they are.

Bella and Eddie’s day was elegant, heartfelt, and full of life, just like the two of them! I left this wedding day feeling so grateful to have documented their story!
