There’s something so special about summer weddings in Chicagoland! Morgan & Joey’s summer wedding day at Medinah Country Club was no exception! From their heartfelt ceremony to the romantic glow of their reception, every moment was filled with love, beauty, and joy.

Morgan & Joey first met through their church community, so it was only fitting that they exchanged vows at Valleybrook Church. This community recently moved into their own space in the Mill Creek neighborhood, making it an especially meaningful setting for the couple to begin their marriage. Their ceremony was personal, faith-filled, and surrounded by the people who matter the most to Morgan & Joey.

Afterward, the celebration continued at the stunning Medinah Country Club. Medinah is a Chicagoland favorite! It’s easy to see why… The timeless architecture and lush grounds provide the perfect backdrop for a summer wedding. To top it off, the weather could not have been more perfect. Sunny skies and low 70s made for the dreamiest portraits and the most enjoyable celebration.

When the guests stepped into the reception space after cocktail hour, the atmosphere was truly breathtaking. The floral designs were lush and elegant, but it was the countless candles that truly stole the show. In the daylight, the space felt fresh and vibrant. As night fell, it transformed into something completely magical. So romantic, glowing, and unforgettable!

Morgan & Joey are such a sweet couple, and their love for one another shined through in every smile, every glance, and every moment of the day. It was an honor to photograph their wedding and the start of this next chapter in their lives together.
