Summer Lincoln Park Chicago Engagement Photos

Rachel and Thomas’s summer engagement session in Lincoln Park was the perfect reflection of their life together in the city. From neighborhood favorites to iconic skyline views, their session captured both the places they love and the essence of a beautiful summer evening in Chicago.

The combination of Lake Michigan’s soft blue tones and the Chicago skyline will always be one of my favorite backdrops for engagement photos. It is classic, timeless, and uniquely Chicago.

Lincoln Park Engagement Photos

Rachel and Thomas live in Lincoln Park, so it felt meaningful to center their session around the places that are part of their everyday life. We started at Tapster, one of their favorite spots to gather and unwind. Beginning their session in a place that already holds memories for them made everything feel relaxed from the start.

From there, we made our way to the iconic Café Brauer. The architecture and surrounding greenery create such a beautiful setting. It added a timeless, romantic feel to this part of their session.

After that, we ended the evening along the lakefront near Theater on the Lake… In those perfect moments just as the sun began to set. The skyline views here are truly stunning, and the light was absolutely perfect. Rachel and Thomas celebrated with a champagne pop in front of the city. Talk about a fun and joyful ending to the night!
